Welcome to the world and work of Alys Power. I am a freelance designer and jewellery maker based in Nottingham, England.I studied Sustainable Design and Practice at the University of Derby and graduated with First Class Honours in 2004.I have worked as a freelance designer and maker since then.
A lot of my current work uses materials which are reclaimed, reinvented, reused or recycled. These base materials are mixed with beautiful and fascinating found objects, sterling silver and semi-precious stones to create unique jewellery and accessories.
