Family Album is a collection of brooches, earrings and pendants combining vintage photographs with recycled brass, copper and aluminium, found objects, vintage jewellery pieces, freshwater pearls, glass beads and swarovski crystals. The photos are rescued from junk shops and car boot sales and with no relations to care and appreciate them they are turned into individual and unique works of art – each reflecting a little of the personality of the subjects.
I use found photographs to make these pieces but if you would like to commission a piece of jewellery using images of people dear to you please contact me for more details.
